I’ve heard many different levels from 100 calories per hour at one extreme (someone very adapted to burning fat as fuel) to 500 at the other end (someone huge who can digest a lot!).... First, I would get a bento box. It's great for storage. Secondly take advantage of the special needs bag that you will pick up at 90km. I stocked my nutrition up in my bento box for the first 90km then refilled it with everything in my special needs bag.
